Meet Caroline
Hi! I’m Caroline. I am mum to two children, Hayley and Felix, and our family is based in Chiswick, West London. Supporting new families is both my passion and such an honour for me.
I am a Therapeutic Life Coach, a Postnatal Doula, and have worked with Parents and Babies for all of my career.
I specialize in working with adults, who are feeling stuck, low, or out-of-balance, in some kind of transition, and need to consider making positive changes. The journey into Parenthood, and through it, is full of ups and downs. Change is left, right and centre.
I am both a Trageschule and CBWS trained Baby Wearing Consultant, and founded the hugely popular Chiswick Sling Library in 2014
I come from a Social Work background, and am trained in the 3-step Rewind Technique for Birth Trauma, and hold the Babyem Qualification in Postnatal Depression. This deep work, combined with my Coaching approach, means that I have supported hundreds of families in working through their traumatic births, through debrief and Coaching.
I am a Recognised Postnatal Doula, with BirthBliss, and have supported countless families with their newborn babies.
I hold a number of postnatal workshops around Teething Babies, Baby Sleep, Baby’s First Foods – Introducing Solids, and Baby Reflexology.
And, I teach Family First Aid, and hold all the relevant qualifications to do so.
I have over 28 years experience of working with children and families in a range of capacities; As a Children & Families Social Worker, I have worked in primary schools, with children who have special needs, children who are fostered or adopted, and children who have suffered abuse or trauma. I have undertaken postgraduate work in the areas of play therapy and therapeutic communication with children, counselling and behavioural therapy. I have studied Reflexology, Mindfulness with Monash University, studied with Attachment Parenting UK, and am a Relaxation Therapist.
I am completely insured, DBS checked, and a member of The International Association of Infant Massage
